My Story:
Kristen Jensen has felt the quiet pull of nature and the unseen realms since early childhood. What began as a deep sensitivity to the spiritual currents around her became a clear path by the age of ten — a path she has now walked for over 27 years. Rooted in intuition and guided by lived experience, Kris is devoted to helping others reconnect with their own inner wisdom. Her work centers around Shadow Work — gently guiding individuals through the hidden, wounded, and unspoken parts of themselves — and serving as a Death Doula, holding sacred space during life’s most profound transitions. As an extreme empath, Kris possesses a rare ability to sense, transmute, and navigate emotional and energetic undercurrents. Her approach is grounded, compassionate, and direct — blending spiritual insight with practical integration. She believes true transformation happens when we courageously face what we have buried, honor our ancestors, and remember our connection to the natural world. Through mentorship, spiritual guidance, and sacred support, Kris walks beside those ready to step into their own metamorphosis
